All other sales are final. We do not accept returns for products other than Botanical Alchemy sublingual’s and salves. We will accept exchanges.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will determine defective or damage upon receiving the product. If deemed defective or damaged we will ship a new product to you free of charge. Please allow some time for processing and mailing services. If you haven’t received your product within 15 days of mailing contact us directly. Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 6815 Jasmine Height, New Braunfels, Texas 78132.
In the event of a return, the buyer shall be responsible for all shipping charges incurred. This includes the cost of returning the item(s) to the seller’s designated address.
The buyer acknowledges and agrees that any shipping charges associated with returning the product(s) shall be their sole responsibility. This includes but is not limited to, costs related to packaging, postage, and any applicable insurance.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), the seller will assess the condition of the product(s) and process the refund or exchange in accordance with the terms and conditions of the purchase agreement.
By completing the purchase transaction, the buyer explicitly agrees to assume responsibility for all shipping charges associated with returns.
This shipping return clause is an integral part of the purchase agreement and is binding upon both the buyer and the seller.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible if items are lost/stolen in the mail.
